SM-7200, offered by FLCubic LLC, is a clear, colorless, low-odor fluorinated fluid developed as an alternative for applications currently using 3M™ Novec™ 7200 Engineered Fluid. It offers a balanced boiling point, low viscosity, broad liquid operating range, and favorable environmental characteristics for a wide range of industrial cleaning, heat-transfer, and specialty-process applications.

With a nominal boiling point of 76 °C and a pour point of −138 °C, SM-7200 is designed for processes requiring reliable fluidity at low temperatures and effective evaporation in cleaning or thermal-management operations. Its low viscosity and high dielectric strength support evaluation in precision cleaning, electronics processing, thermal management, and selected data-center cooling systems.
