SM-7100, offered by FLCubic LLC, is a clear, colorless, low-odor fluorinated fluid developed as an alternative for applications currently using 3M™ Novec™ 7100 Engineered Fluid. It combines a moderate boiling point, low viscosity, high dielectric strength, and a broad liquid operating range for industrial thermal-management, cleaning, and specialty-process applications.

With a nominal boiling point of 61 °C and a pour point of −135 °C, SM-7100 provides effective performance across a wide temperature range. Its low surface-tension, nonflammable, and dielectric characteristics make it suitable for evaluation in heat-transfer systems, precision cleaning processes, electronics applications, and lubricant-deposition operations.
